ADRM Supports Cradles to Crayons

Earlier this winter, ADRM hosted a holiday donation drive in support of Cradles to Crayons and their Gear Up For Winter initiative. The goal was simple: collect essential winter items to help children and families across New England stay warm.

Thanks to the participation of our team - and others in our shared office space - we were able to donate more than 30 winter coats. Contributions included both new and gently used items, all aligned with Cradles to Crayons’ current needs. To build on that effort, ADRM matched each team member donation, doubling the number of coats provided through the drive.

What stood out most was how easy it was for people to get involved. By sharing clear guidance and keeping the process simple, the drive made it accessible for anyone who wanted to contribute. The result was a collective effort that added up quickly.

We appreciate the work Cradles to Crayons does year-round to support children and families, and we’re glad to have played a small part in that mission.
